The young pop singer Aaron Charles Carter was born on December 7, 1987 at Tampa General Children's Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He used to live there
with his father, Bob Carter and his mother, Jane Carter. His siblings include his oldest brother Bobbie Jean (B.J.), his singer older sister Leslie, his Backstreet Boys boy-band brother, Nick Carter and
his older twin sister, Angel Carter, who is now a model. Then, after his parents divorce, Aaron lived with his father in Marathon, Florida.
He began his music career at age seven, singing lead for
the band "Dead End" for two years.He made his first solo appearance when he was 9, opening for the Backstreet Boys in Berlin in March 1997. This performance was soon followed by a record
contract, and in the fall of 1997, he released his first single, "Crush On You". His first full-length album "Aaron Carter" came out Dec 1, 1997, achieving gold status in Norway,
Spain, Denmark, Canada, and Germany.
Working on improving his vocal quality, in 2001 he produced his third CD "Oh Aaron" which was debuted at number seven on the Billboard charts and won
platinum.
The next year, Aaron released his 4th studio album entitled "Another Earth Quake" and in 2003 he was kept busy by the making of his biography "Aaron Carter: the Little
Prince of Pop" which was soon followed by the production of "Aaron Carter Most Requested Hits" album.
His TV appearances include "Lizzie McGuire," "Sabrina," and
"7th Heaven." His first lead role in a feature was in "Popstar" (2005). He also appeared in the movies Fat Albert (2004), Supercross (2005),and "I Want Someone to Eat
Cheese With (2005).
